CustomerLabs is on the lookout for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a flair for storytelling, poised to significantly influence our product marketing strategies. This role centers on strategically crafting and conveying the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation of our CDP Platform. Your exceptional ability to narrate compelling stories will be crucial in transforming complex technical details and market data into persuasive narratives that resonate with our audience, fostering deep engagement and driving conversions.

In this role, you will lead the orchestration of detailed Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, meticulously designed for specific digital transformation scenarios. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience (CX) teams, your storytelling skills will bridge technical capabilities and market needs, creating clear and engaging messages that articulate the unique value of our offerings.

  • Implement A/B testing and gather ongoing feedback to refine and validate product messaging.

Thought Leadership:

  • Produce authoritative white papers that demonstrate our industry leadership and expertise.

  • Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to craft impactful point-of-view documents.

  • Secure speaking engagements at key industry events to build relationships and engage with our target audience effectively.

Sales Enablement:

  • Provide the sales team with robust tools and materials, such as playbooks, battle cards, demos, and pitch decks, to enhance their effectiveness.

  • Work closely with sales to refine strategies and improve performance based on their insights.

Event Messaging and Collateral:

  • Develop consistent and impactful messaging for events that supports the brand's narrative and goals.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure message coherence and effectiveness across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Evaluate the impact of event communications, gather feedback, and make adjustments to improve future engagement.

  • Produce high-quality event materials like brochures, infographics, and presentation decks.

Content and Campaign Development:

  • Research and create detailed whitepapers that address specific industry challenges and opportunities.

  • Partner with the digital marketing team to execute targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns, utilizing data analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing tactics.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize customer lifetime value and return on investment.

Website Messaging:

  • Enhance product messaging on our website to maximize clarity, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and continuously update messaging based on feedback.

  • Develop strategies to boost page engagement through relevant content, appealing visuals, and easy navigation.

  • Work with content and design teams to create compelling and informative content.

  • Optimize calls-to-action and user pathways to increase demo trial sign-ups.
